Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
∎ Master's in Public Health (MPH) preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Teacher/ Faculty

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take classes and in case of emergency supervise student's clinical placement at facilities as required.
∎ Select clients for assessment in relation to course objective, students' goal and level of expertise of students.
∎ Orient students on 'formal case presentation format' and assist them to present the cases with fellow faculty.
∎ Check log books filled in by students and assess the competency of students periodically.
∎ Review clinical learning at the end of each shift and assisting students in writing about reflective practice in line with learning objectives.
∎ Maintain computer lab. Library and skill labs, prepare skill labs as necessary.
∎ Conduct assessment of student's performance and communication with fellow faculty.
∎ Conduct session / modules as per routine / schedule and to the best of your ability.
∎ Make the students aware of practicing ethics, good behavior, punctuality, moral values etc to emerge as a good human being and professional Midwife.
∎ Additional responsibilities may be added if needed for better training /grooming of students and as per the directives of BRACU/higher authority.
∎ Prepare various periodical reports to BRACU as per schedule on as ordered by management.
∎ Make power point presentations at class room and in formal meetings
∎ Take active part in all DMP activities at tanning center or outside like Midwifery Open School, Pop-up fair, various day celebrations
∎ Report to Country Director of HOPE Foundation for performance of your duties.
