∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Degree level education desirable, relevant industry experience, with a demonstrable knowledge of frontline service delivery and communication skills.·
∎ Previous exposure to highly pressured and multicultural environment in a supervisory role within a shift environment required.·
∎ Minimum 5 - 7 years’ experience within service, hospitality, airline, or retail industry, with a relevant knowledge of aviation, travel industry and/or airport policies.·
∎ Role requires mature personality with outstanding communication skills, supervisory skills, and passion to deliver service.·
∎ Role must balance guest-centric focus and corporate interest while maintaining highest safety and security standards and coordinating teams and service providers on shift.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Verifying travel documents (Passport, Visa, Ticket, and other documents).
∎ Assisting passengers with check-in procedures and issuing boarding passes, and baggage tags.
∎ Ensure safety standards & follow safety protocols.
∎ Ensure special service is provided for the entitled passengers (VIP, WCHR, MEDA, etc.)
∎ Assisting passengers at boarding gates and ensuring on-time boarding process competition.
∎ Providing necessary information about boarding procedures.
∎ Coordinating ground handling activities and ensuring required service is provided.
∎ Ensuring GSE support to smooth and on-time flight operation.
∎ Ensuring proper offloading, loading, fueling, catering, and aircraft cleaning.
∎ Ensure arrival service including proper baggage claim handling and baggage tag checking at baggage belt.
