Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To prepare the documments and obtain the various permission from RAJUK,NHA, Ministry of Housing & Public Works Department.
∎ Land documents verification & collection from proper authorities.
∎ Land use clearence/Estate clearence/NOC from RAJUK or other authorities
∎ To obtain Civil Aviation clearence for building heights.
∎ Plan approval from RAJUK.
∎ Occupency certificate obtain from RAJUK for finished and completed building.
∎ Environment clearence, Fire Service NOC from proper authorities.
∎ Commercial conversion from RAJUK & other proper authorities.
