Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise Architect, MEP and Structural drawing from business side to make sure that there is good balance between customer satisfaction and business feasibility
∎ Confer with marketing and sales departments to define client requirements and expectations.
∎ To develop a quality standard of civil and finishing work and ensure proper compliance and documentation
∎ Managing and overseeing all quality related activities on the project to ensure compliance to BNBC code, building construction standard, associated regulation (RAJUK) and other QMS standard.
∎ Communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, outside vendors, or contractors.
∎ Material quality check as per standard.
∎ Quality inspection and verification with comprehensive proposals
∎ Monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
∎ To check material consumption status as per plan
∎ To check market rate of different materials and review some bills of contractors
∎ To monitor mobilization and construction progress and make sure that they are completed well ahead of time
∎ Ensure that project cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Skills Required: Quality Control Assurance, Quality Management System, Risk Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Real Estate, Developer, Group of Companies, Development Agency
Salary: Negotiable
