Responsibilities & Context:
Lead overall business operations and growth of the Cattle Feed business.
Develop and execute sales, marketing, and business development strategies.
Set and achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
Manage dealer/distributor networks and develop new market opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with Production, Technical, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure product quality, cost efficiency, and timely availability of feed products.
Build strong relationships with key customers, dealers, farmers, and business partners.
Lead and develop the Cattle Feed team and ensure effective performance management.
Prepare business plans, budgets, forecasts, and regular performance reports for management.
