Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate in Business
∎ Additionally a Master's degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management will be given preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet and interact with users and vendors for best pricing product presentation.
∎ Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
∎ Maintain detailed audit compliant documents, records, and files.
∎ Timely change order execution.
∎ Handling all kind of L/C related Documents, Banking and insurance function.
∎ Analyzing PR (Purchase Requisitions), Preparing CS (Comparative Statement), and Issuing of PO (Purchase Orders), execute commercial terms and vendor agreement; following it up till final delivery.
∎ Provide guidance and instructions in the preparation of requisition for users.
∎ Demand Management & Planning of inventory Management.
∎ Collect offer from supplier for major raw materials.
∎ Price negotiation with suppliers of foreign & local material.
∎ Check & verify supplier price of spot & regular purchase.
∎ Establishing solid base of suppliers, vendors & service providers for supplies, commercial & logistics service providers based on price, quality, support, capacity and reliability
∎ Any other task assigned by Management
∎ Experience in real state/ Developer Company will be given preference.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years of experience in the similar position.
∎ Candidate who has experience in real state/ Developer Company will be given preference.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
∎ Strong communication skill with positive mind-set, adaptability & flexibility.
∎ Willing to travel extensively across the country.
∎ Exceptional time management, verbal and written communication skills.
