Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): cement industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determines customers’ needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
∎ Analyzing the recipe using cost effectiveness as well as customer demand.
∎ New product design based on standard & customer requirements.
∎ Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
∎ Assesses market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products.
∎ Obtains product market share by working with sales department through Trade, nontrade & Mega projects to develop products sales strategies.
∎ Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product quality forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests.
∎ Brings and products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs.
∎ Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
∎ Ensure all company policies, procedures, and work instruction are documented in a clear, simple and concise manner.
∎ Train all company personnel in the documented company policies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years’ experience in related area in a reputed organization
∎ Tertiary level education in Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering or related discipline
∎ Commitment to promote organizational values
∎ Good interpersonal and liaison skills
∎ Personal attributes should include qualities such as consistency, willingness to learn and flexibility, capacity to manage confidential information, cultural sensitivity, able to follow through with difficult issues in an open and professional manner;
∎ Good computer literacy
∎ Excellent command over written and spoken English to write reports, memos, proposals, and presentations and conduct telephonic communications etc.

Salary: Negotiable
