Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
infrastructure development, Planning and budget
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate, Developer, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare master program with MS Program Software.
∎ Check the monthly progress against master program.
∎ Identify the lagging in progress and suggest the method to overcome the delay.
∎ Evaluate the monthly/yearly progress achievement against the monthly program in % both (Financially & Physically)
∎ Project visit to assess the actual progress achieved.
∎ Determine and suggest qualities improvement of works & Staffing.
∎ Preparation of Budget & Costing (Yearly & Monthly).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years (B.Sc) or 7 years (Diploma) relevant experience in infrastructure development Organization.
∎ Convergent with oral & written communication in English.
∎ Will have challenging & aggressive attitude.
∎ Able to analyze project engineering schedule.
∎ Adaptable and able to work under pressure.
∎ Quantitative analytical ability.
∎ Proficient in MS Office.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Able to cope with constant changes in a challenging environment.
