∎ General Education Background accepted in case of 10 Years inland ship operation experience.

∎ At least 8 year(s)

Operation & Maintenance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Shipping
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain documentation for all vessels.
∎ Operate 30 numbers of inland vessels.
∎ Prepare Monthly, half-yearly & yearly trip planning as well as do needful for achieving the target.
∎ Making a plan for operating costing minimization
∎ Prepare the plan for executing the accurate work.
∎ Have uncompromising ethics & willingness to take a stand with line management.
∎ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Should have knowledge of shipping fare policy, expense, Demurrage.
∎ Motivate all members related to machine operation & maintenance.
∎ Ensure service, repair & maintain of mechanical parts of all equipment t& machinery.

∎ More Experience for fuel using consumption.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and work to tight deadlines.
∎ The incumbent must be willing to work hard with fitness to work long hours.
∎ Good communication skills with information and task monitoring.
∎ Willing to work in a team achieve together.
∎ Leadership skill is highly required.
