Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in managing and monitoring the full operation of merchandising team.
∎ Review cost sheet and price finalization.
∎ Price negotiation with factories.
∎ Collaboration with USA, Hong Kong and China Offices.
∎ Collaborate with the Country Director to develop and execute merchandising strategies.
∎ Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform merchandising decisions.
∎ Ensure that merchandising efforts align with enhancing the overall customer experience.
∎ Address customer feedback and make necessary adjustments to product displays and inventory.
∎ Collaborate with vendors to negotiate terms, manage product selection, and ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
∎ Prepare and present reports on merchandising performance, sales trends, and inventory status.
∎ Facilitate training and development programs to enhance team skills and performance.
∎ Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent candidates.
∎ Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
∎ Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
∎ Implement and manage performance review processes.
∎ Provide support and guidance on performance-related issues and employee development plans.
∎ Training & Development:
∎ Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities.
∎ Organize and facilitate training programs and workshops.
∎ Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
∎ Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
∎ Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
∎ Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed.
∎ Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and employee activities.
∎ Reporting & Analysis:
∎ Prepare and present reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment status, and employee engagement.
∎ Analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
∎ Must have advanced proficiency over Microsoft office suite.
∎ Strong observation & problem-solving ability.
∎ Possess excellent Attention to detail skill.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skill.
