Job Responsibilities:
∎ The AGM - Mechanical (Operation & Production - Block & Concrete Product) will oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
∎ Perform extraordinary maintenance of machineries of the plant.
∎ Monitor and control errors in hydraulic system/PLC being used at the plant.
∎ Train new recruits on the operation and maintenance of the plant.
∎ Managing the stock of all raw materials aggregates, cement and pigment.
∎ Present the daily general production report of the plant.
∎ Communicate with the head of operation and marketing to ensure accuracy in concrete production.
∎ Present daily report to Head of Operations about maintenance and problems
∎ Conduct a daily safety meeting to address the operating and maintenance hazards.
∎ Achieve zero injury goals on plant during the whole project.
∎ Responsible for the quality control of concrete.
∎ Control the doze and temperature of raw material to achieve the desire temperature of concrete.
∎ All Tab Testing, equipment, Machine and plant calibration, supervising the Testing methods
∎ Check all the test worksheet, routine sampling & testing.
∎ To develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity with the help of HR& Admin
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 year(s) working experience in RMC/Construction/Block Plant.
∎ Skills Required: Building Materials, Estimating, Operation and Maintenance, PLC, Ready Mix Concrete
∎ Should have sound knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Internet surfing, E-mail, etc.
∎ Well trained and good Official Correspondence in writing.
∎ Must have strong Communication & Management Skill.
