∎ Should have the problem solving ability & be able to handle the Entire Customer Service Department and its Operations effectively and efficiently.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have the problem solving ability & be able to handle the Entire Customer Service Department and its Operations effectively and efficiently.
∎ To have enough knowledge about Before Sales & After Sales activities regarding Customer Service of Real Estate Industry.
∎ Solution of any obligation of clients regarding technical, construction, modification and optional works.
∎ Coordination with Architect and Structural Engineer to convey the observations or comments of clients on products.
∎ Communication with Construction and Design Department to maintain the quality of work as recommended from clients.
∎ Coordination with the Procurement Department to ensure the quality of construction materials.
∎ Communicate with Marketing and Credit Realization Department to convey the observations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience: Minimum 8 years of which 2 years in Manager position and Candidates from Real Estate background will get preference.

Salary: Negotiable
