Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Supervises the functioning of electrical equipment's in EHD
∎ a. Plan, Manage & Execute the Preventive Maintenance on Electrical Substation, Power Plant, AVR, HT & LT Panel, UPS & Battery, Electrical system of ETP, WTTP, Electrical Distribution Panel Board, Electrical Riser BBT for entire Hospitals to minimize the breakdown issues.
∎ b. Plan, Manage & Execute the energy efficiency & optimization project by maintaining the required standard to reduce the energy consumption.
∎ c. Plan, Manage, Prepare & Raise the RFP and coordinate with SCM to get the standard Electrical & Electronic products fr the Electrical Maintenance of entire Hospital.
∎ d. Plan & ensure the Safety Environment in working place while executing any types of Electrical works. Also, plan & ensure to arrange the training session for the operators/technicians to ensure the Safety Working environment.
∎ e. Prepare, manage & control yearly OPEX/CAPEX budget & achieve financial objectives by anticipating requirements; inventory control for efficient operation to meet the business objectives.
∎ f. Guide, manage, monitor & control infrastructure development, facility management & renovation projects as per organizational needs.
∎ g. Monitor & evaluate the efficiency/effectiveness of service delivery methods; assess & control administrative support systems; identify opportunities of improvement & direct the change management & mitigate the limitations of Service Level Excellency.
∎ h. Plan & manage the implementation & designing standards for Preventive maintenances, Corrective maintenance for Facility Management Equipment.
∎ i. Manage the team to work in an effective way which is reflected to fulfill the organization's KPI.
∎ j. Create the positive working environment in the Hospital to motivate the team as a Team Leader.
∎ k. Responsible for yearly Service Level Agreement and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).
∎ l. Responsible for enlistment and periodic evaluation of vendors' performance to get the actual srvices from the business partner.
∎ m. Manage procurement requisition of Engineering and Site Services department and goods / service receipt.
∎ n. Coordinate with the concern person of Govt. Utility Body such as Commercial Power authority, Water, Gas etc.
∎ o. Supervise duties of Operators and Technicians.
∎ p. Prepare, keep up to date and follow up KPI & PMS.
∎ q. Prepare SOP of all concerned machineries.
∎ r. Take FMS round as per requirement and repairing measures as necessary.
∎ 2. Supervise & Manage the responsibilities of Shift in Charge
∎ a. Provide primary support & decision in any problems of any plants as a Team Leader.
∎ b. Contact with due authority (both internal & external) in case of major problems.
∎ c. Regulate the activities of subordinates of entire shift.
∎ d. Listen to patient complaints as an EHD employee.
∎ 3. Assists HOD in training and managing the Maintenance Department
∎ a. Identify indiscipline in the department and informs it to HOD.
∎ b. Find out unsolved complaints from any department and refers the problems to concerned person.
∎ c. Coach the plant operator to improve performance.
∎ d. Assist HOD for any departmental jobs assigned by Management to comply the organization's goal.
∎ 4. Reports to higher authority
∎ a. Prepare reports & submit to the Higher Authority as per requirement.
∎ b. Prepare reports on completed activities share with the concern management
∎ c. Coordinate with SCM team to ensure the quality product while purchasing based on the requirement of the Hospital.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working skill on computer hardware, and commonly used Application software.
∎ An excellent level of practical knowledge on electrical and electronics appliances commonly used for commercial purposes.
∎ Working knowledge on safety and maintenance measures of all types of equipment.
∎ Experience or training on any Electrical & Electronics related program is preferable.
∎ Impulsive towards emergency
∎ Communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Negotiation skill and Adaptive capability
