Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preserves equipment in good working order by following operating instructions, troubleshooting of malfunctions, regularly performing preventive maintenance and promptly scheduling repairs.
∎ Ensures stable electrical supply by maintaining equipment and including energy management system for achieving company Goal (KPI).
∎ Keep track for Factory/Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards& also supervise and train Electrical team members as necessary.
∎ Interfaces with various project (sister concern of CCPLC) teams and departments on resolving related issues that requires effective communication, initiative, flexibility and an ability to induce collaboration.
∎ Make a Plan, coordinate and manage all Electrical System Operations & Maintenance (Schedule & unscheduled) in MI premises & also all sister concerns to achieve target.
∎ Maintains material and equipment supplies by regularly monitoring inventory levels, anticipating supply needs, placing and expediting electrical material in orders and reviewing. Compile all expense as per budgeting limit.
∎ To conduct 132/33KV, 20/28MVA sub-station operation & maintenance & also supervise of 33KV long overhead line maintenance works.
∎ Make a Plan, coordinate and manage all Electrical System Operations &Maintenance (Schedule & unscheduled) in MI premises & also all sister concerns to achieve target.

∎ As a Head of CPGL (A sister concern of MICFL), to conduct & supervise of 3.6MW/11KV Gas Engine (Rolls-Royce) Alternator unit operation, maintenance (Electrical & Mechanical) & also Troubleshooting works.
∎ To conduct & supervise of 03 nos. Diesel Engine (500KVA, 1000KVA & 1500KVA) Operation, maintenance (Electrical & Mechanical) & also troubleshooting works.
∎ To make Plan, Layout & selection of electrical equipment for any New Projects in MI. And also supervise of new project erection & commissioning works which is completely made by department manpower.
∎ To assist in employee Recruitment, Training, Performance Evaluation, Promotion and Termination activities.
∎ To carry on maintenance works for all 33KV & 11KV Sub-station & Distribution Power Transformers & make also oil Testing works as per recorded sheet/register & centrifuge the transformer oil by own machine if necessary.
∎ To make supervision of repair works of any damage Electronic Card (PCB) which is done by department manpower.
∎ To communicate with DPDC, DESCO, PBS, Energy Pac & others company for any kind of electricity problem & also communicate with local & foreign suppliers for electrical spares.
∎ To make Modification works in electrical field where needed.
∎ To control& monitor of Energy Consumption against Cement Production (KWH/TON).
∎ To supervise all Utility Services (AC, Lighting, Fan, Any New Electrical wiring, Telephone line, cable laying etc.)
∎ To supervise of Automation (PLC, S7-200, S7-300, and S7-400& DCS) works.
∎ To supervise Motor Winding Section & AC section.
∎ To monitor Electrical safety/protection tools & equipment which used for man and machine & also to arrange training if necessary
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10-15 years’ experience in Electrical Maintenance
∎ Working in a Cement Plant as a similar position will get an extra advantage
∎ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
∎ Must be willing to work in a team environment
∎ Must be willing to work under pressure
∎ Report writing, Presentation & Interpersonal skill
