Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical from Reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular Work Follow up and Coordination of daily works and operations of Technical Department like Caterpillar Gas Generators, Diesel Generators, Substations, Air compressors, Evaporative coolers, Air conditioning systems, Fire Hydrant System, Central Fire Detection System, Water supply and sanitation facilities etc.
∎ Routine Building Maintenance like Painting, Roof Treatment also Day to support to Production Process of RMG units of a very large installation
∎ Regular maintenance and general services to Youngone Dhaka offices (Chairman's Houses, Protocol Office, Korean Guest House, KEPZ Office etc)
∎ Deal with Auditors like Accord, Alliance & others and implementation of the Corrective Action Plan to meet the standard set by them.
∎ Lead Construction, Retrofitting and renovation/modification works of a mega factory.
∎ Maintains the subcontractors, site engineers to complete the projects with in the schedule time.
∎ Sound knowledge on installation various utility machinery like Boiler, generators, Compressors, Substation etc.
∎ Quality control, cost control and time management
∎ Capability to undertake and implement the mega projects independently
∎ To co-ordinate with other related departments for on time utility services
∎ To understand construction design of projects by studying project concept, architectural structural drawings, and models etc.
∎ Liaison with BEPZA and other Government bodies to ensure utility services.
∎ Man Power Planning, Management Development & Training
∎ Industrial Relations, Environment, Health & Safety issues; etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in similar position in a large manufacturing concern.
∎ He should have good interpersonal communication skill, capable of working under stress and comfortable in using computer office packages.
∎ Experience of working with multi-functional team having diversity in an industrial work environment with very large number of members will be advantageous.
