Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and equipment failures.
∎ Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, and coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve them promptly.
∎ Manage the electrical distribution systems within the mill to ensure a continuous and stable power supply.
∎ Monitor electrical load distribution to prevent overloading and optimize energy usage.
∎ Implement energy-saving initiatives to reduce operational costs.
∎ Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and standards to maintain a safe working environment.
∎ Conduct safety audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate electrical hazards.
∎ Train staff on electrical safety procedures and protocols.
∎ Develop and manage the electrical department's budget, including forecasting expenses for maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
∎ Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety and efficiency.
∎ Plan and oversee electrical projects, such as equipment upgrades, installations, and modernization initiatives.
∎ Coordinate with contractors and vendors for project execution, including cost estimation and timeline management.
∎ Maintain accurate records of electrical systems, equipment, and maintenance activities.
∎ Generate reports on electrical system performance, maintenance schedules, and budget utilization.
∎ Lead a team of electricians and technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
∎ Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment among team members.
∎ Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements in the electrical department.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the spinning mill's electrical systems.
∎ Develop and implement emergency response plans for electrical failures or accidents.
∎ Ensure rapid response and resolution during electrical emergencies to minimize production downtime.
∎ Ensure that the spinning mill's electrical systems adhere to environmental regulations and standards, particularly regarding energy conservation and emissions reduction.
∎ Having knowledge on Substation, Lift, Safety issues etc.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ B.Sc in Electrical Engineering with minimum 12 years of professional experience in high- rise construction projects.
∎ Should have knowledge on Sub-station, Generator, Lift, Fire management system, internal electrification system, HVAC, Pump etc for Residential, commercial & High rise building.
∎ Manpower development (Contractors & In-house both)
Salary: Negotiable
