∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Planning, Analysis, BOQ, Budgeting, Civil Construction, Construction Estimating, Risk Management, Supervising
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Estimation of materials requirement of the construction projects, Bill of quantity (BOQ) and budget of plan and resource requirements.
∎ Supervising every phase of the project from start to completion.
∎ Coordinating with Head office in approving designs and budgets.
∎ Coordinating with the Head of the department for resolving design and development problems.
∎ Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors.
∎ Calculating costs, material, labor, and time required for the projects.
∎ Managing budgets and project resources.
∎ Analyzing and planning ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones in the projects in order to mitigate risks.
∎ Directing and coordinating with the activities of project engineers and personnel to ensure the project progresses on schedule and within the prescribed budget.
∎ Delegating tasks to engineering teams consulting the Head office.
∎ Prepare progress status reports and modify schedules or plans as required.
∎ Analyzing data and drafting reports for review of Head office.
∎ Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries for the projects.
∎ Ensuring the project complies with legal requirements.
∎ Assessing the sustainability and environmental impact of projects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Sound understanding of architectural drawing & design and technical knowledge of the Civil Construction Industries.
∎ Good knowledge of the materials of Real Estate/Apartment Business.
Salary: Negotiable
