∎ Master/ MBA in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of admin, transport, maintenance, safety, security and compliance issues and ensure effective execution of the same.
∎ Responsible for the coordination and management of all maintenance and repair work of Aarong CS, Outlets and other installations adhering with time and cost effectiveness.
∎ Ensuring the safety and security of men, material and infrastructure of Aarong CS, Outlets and other Aarong installations.
∎ Ensure smooth operations of transportation services to achieve operational and supply chain efficiency.
∎ Maintain a healthy shopping environment at all Outlets by effective housekeeping, safety, & security services and provide necessary maintenance support.
∎ Ensure development and adaptation of compliance standards at all establishments of Aarong.
∎ Responsible for maintaining compliance of regulatory affairs (trade license, fire, environmental, vat, taxes, land revenues, vehicles etc).
∎ Build, lead and empower the admin team by delegating, coaching and directing all members to ensure the achievement of organization’s objective.
∎ Ensure fixation of KPIs for all concern departments
∎ Make sure to develop software so that to monitor KPIs and ensure proper MIS for effective decision making.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 10 Years of professional experience with minimum 5 years of experience in the similar position.
∎ Knowledge on Bangladesh labor law 2006, factories act.
∎ Security compliance, social compliance, regulatory compliance and technical compliance, legal compliance and Government regulatory issues
∎ Knowledge in administration, logistics management, transport management and security and maintenance management

Salary: Negotiable
