∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from Any Reputed Engineering Institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): construction , Good command over MS Office Package, Able to work under pressure, Auto CAD Designing, Plumbing BOQ

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise construction work at project site.
∎ Contractor & Labour handling, Quality check of construction materials.
∎ Cost Management & Estimating.
∎ Coordination with Architect, Engineers, Civil Contractors and Site Team.
∎ Internal Co-ordination to other department like Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Finance & Administration etc.
∎ Ensure the timely completion of the construction work of the project sites.
∎ Any other activities required by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The Applicants should have experience in the following area :
∎ Real Estate Developer.
