∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Construction sector
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to handle the Project Team.
∎ Ensure that project work is carried out in accordance with standards operation & maintenance manuals, drawings and other specifications.
∎ Refer all requests for design changes and obtain necessary approvals prior to carrying out the work.
∎ Supervise day to day construction works.
∎ Ensuring material quality & maintaining standards following approved specifications.
∎ Understanding all designs, drawings & specifications according to project standards.
∎ Report all site information to respective superior regular basis.
∎ To review progress of Projects at various stages and give guidance to concerned contractors for completion of the project in a time bound manner.
∎ Energetic, hard worker have to capability to manage construction site efficiently.
∎ Ensure timely completion of works as per planned schedule.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be experienced in handling high-rise buildings with Basement works. Without knowledge in Basement works need not to apply.
Salary: Negotiable
