Experience Requirements:

Designing, Planning, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms, Real Estate, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Documents preparation and presentation.
∎ Regular monitoring of project activities & take corrective measures accordingly.
∎ Capable of Steel structural design work
∎ Preparation of drawings
∎ Cost estimation
∎ Construction site supervision
∎ Maintain all stocks regarding construction and supervise all staffs under constructions
∎ Analytical and problem solving skills
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in any construction site will be an added advantage
∎ Should be ready to join immediately
∎ Should have interpersonal skill
∎ Hard working and self motivated
∎ Should be able to maintain dead line
∎ Knowledge on MS Excel, Power Point & Auto-CAD.
