Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Description: As an Admission Officer, you will be responsible for managing the admission process, guiding prospective students, and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience. Your role will involve interacting with students, parents, and other stakeholders to promote our institution and its programs. Key Responsibilities:
∎ -Manage the complete admission process, including evaluation of applicants and conducting interviews.
∎ - Provide information and guidance to prospective students and their families regarding admission procedures, requirements, and deadlines.
∎ - Develop and implement strategies to attract potential students.
∎ - Organize and participate in admission events, such as open houses and campus tours.
∎ - Maintain accurate records of applications and admissions-related data.
∎ - Collaborate with academic departments to ensure alignment with program offerings.
∎ - Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person regarding admissions and programs.
