Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and draft official letters, reports, and documents for admission work in bothBangla and English.
∎ Keep records and files well-organized, secure, and updated.
∎ Review and prioritize incoming correspondence, handle admission-related inquiries, and manage outgoing communications.
∎ Have good skills in Google Sheets, Google Forms, and PowerPoint presentations.
∎ Have good understanding of digital marketing as well as basic graphic design skill.
∎ Designing digital media creative content for social media posts, banners, blog images, advertisements and info-graphics.
∎ Providing admission and institution related information to guardian and students physically/over the phone.
∎ A positive attitude as well as a great mindset about matters of urgency.
∎ Assist with other duties as assigned by the university authority.
