∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Studies, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Studies

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintains suggestion system by directing and controlling administrative technical aspects in accordance with management directives.
∎ Develop strong working relationships with senior management and administrative personnel for effective and smooth operations.
∎ Resolves administrative problems by analyzing information; identifying and communication solutions.
∎ Maintains continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management; discovering irregularities; determining continuing needs.
∎ Review and edit company documents and customer reports when needed.
∎ Maintain security and confidentiality of company information.
∎ Facilitate all client communications and meetings, to ensure plan fulfillment and performance tracking are properly reported
∎ Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
∎ Developing relationships with industry leaders
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong copywriting and content creation skills
∎ Able to work well under pressure

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Proficient in MS Office.
∎ Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
∎ Must be able to effectively manage time and workload, prioritize tasks and organize activities with frequent deadlines and a flexible work routine.
