Educational Requirements:
∎ [Essential] Graduate in any business or Management discipline (Preferably Travel & Tourism).

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and facilitate domestic and international travel booking including visa processing.
∎ Manage and coordinate with respective vendors (Travel agents), airlines.
∎ Liaise and networking with Air lines in order to get better services.
∎ Ensure timely bill payment to respective vendors.
∎ Maintain & update international travel tracker system.
∎ Domestic & International air ticket booking and ensure payments in time.
∎ Networking, collaboration, receiving & sharing information in order to maintain travel tracker
∎ Manage vendors (Travels agents), conduct market survey and evaluate performance twice in a year to ensure quality services.
∎ Ensure necessary logistical support to local, international staff, donors, sponsors, and visitors related to visa processing as per law of land.
∎ Ensure compliance and maintain effective and efficient business process flow.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Have knowledge about standard process, general rules and regulation of air ticketing, familiar with airlines and airport code, international hotel booking etc.
∎ Have knowledge about VISA support to get foreign visa specially Thailand, Cambodia, UK, India, Indonesia, Philippines etc. Knowledge of global time zones.
∎ Understand administrative issues.
∎ Ability to analysis problems and take next course of action.
∎ Strong personality to build good interpersonal relationship with respective departments, stakeholder, ability to handle difficult situation tactfully and customer service approach
∎ Proven experience as a team player.
∎ Competent in the use of Microsoft Office computer programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
∎ Demonstration of Networking and collaboration skill.
∎ Knowledge of travel, tourism and hospitality management vendor and service provider market.
∎ Minimum of 2 years of experience in air ticket, travel, or hospitality management field along with managing travel agency.
∎ Dealing with vendors and service providers at higher level.
