Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Correspond with vendor for sourcing
∎ Documentation of important official notices, proposal, circulars etc.
∎ Keep record of assets in station and tagging the same
∎ Prepare indent for the printing, housekeeping & stationary Items
∎ Monitor the meter /sub-meter of the building & keep record of the reading
∎ Check & ensure timely payment of rental, utility bill & telephone bill
∎ Receive & send of courier /postal
∎ Keep track of staff uniforms and arrange for needful.
∎ Check over-time of housekeeper &cleaner.
∎ Supervise & carry out regular maintenance activity of the office.
∎ Purchase of stationary, housekeeping & maintenance items for office.
∎ Maintenance of stock registers & ensures the adequacy.
∎ Any other relevant tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Very good in English and Bengali Speaking
∎ Very good in English typing speed.
∎ Proficient in computer applications (mainly in Microsoft Office Excel and Word).
∎ Should have excellent interpersonal & communication skill
∎ Should be keen to learn, Well-disciplined and well mannered.
∎ Must be smart, energetic, self motivated.
∎ Ready to work on flexible hours as directed by the Management

Salary: Tk. 12000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
