Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible for general Administration Support.
∎ Support to prepare daily delivery planning based on production and stock.
∎ Prepare duty roster for delivery Co-ordinates.
∎ Proper monitoring on product stock and arrange stacking facilities.
∎ Support all plants for any logistic requirement.
∎ Worker conflict problem solving.
∎ Supervise Security, and cleaner's job responsibilities.
∎ Dorm Management & Foreigners Work permit.
∎ Maintain attendance and office discipline.
∎ Effective and timely manner.
∎ Store management of office stationeries & also responsible for office beautification.
∎ Supervision of all office assistant and cleaner.
∎ Ensure maintenance of all office equipment, monitor and maintain effective functionalists of Electricity, Generator, Water supply and air coolers.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
