Job Context:
∎ We are an education consultancy firm based in Sydney, Australia.
∎ Our main admin office in Bangladesh and we are looking to recruit two more administrative officer for our Bangladesh team.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Dealing with email inquiries
∎ Data entry (sales figures, listings etc).
∎ Communicate with stakeholders.
∎ Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts
∎ Regular accounting processes such as Journal Entries plus monthly closure accounts.
∎ Provide support to safe keeping of internal expenses in company.
∎ Manage and maintain finance related programs and documents.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ During provisional period (3 months), salary will be 15,000 BDT and after provisional period salary will be 20,000 BDT.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ There are some bonuses and also time in lieu payment as well.
