Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA (Major in HRM) from any recognized university, LLB will be given preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform job analysis and manpower planning
∎ Conduct recruitment related all activities
∎ Arrange orientation for newly joined employees
∎ Organize and provide training for the development of employees
∎ Conduct transfer, promotion, performance appraisal, clearance related jobs
∎ Ensuring donor policy and own organizational policy;
∎ Responsible for communication with Government concern agencies (NGO Bureau, Social Services, UNHCR, MRA, BTEB, Local administration etc)
∎ Ensure that all government approvals, renewals are obtained, and all notifications are answered on time.
∎ Manage stores and inventories and ensure office logistics and supplies.
∎ Manage all assets - furniture, fixtures and equipment and keep their records.
∎ Handle procurements issues like promotion and publication materials and coordinate events as needed.
∎ Ensure safety, security and utilities for office
∎ Ensuring all contract agreement made between Organization and third parties for service, lease, rental etc. are on time and followed by laws and legislations of the countries.
∎ Ensuring enjoyable and undisputable office environment is available by making sure service charges, house rent and bills for utilities etc. are paid on time.
∎ Keep every record & provide management as per need.
∎ Updates job knowledge by attending meetings; participating in opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
∎ Enhances organizational reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
∎ Maintain AMAN all policies.
∎ Ready for work as per management decision.
∎ Prepare FD-6, FD-7, FD-2, FC-1.
∎ To be diligent in establishing and maintaining organizational rules and regulations.
∎ Prepare report and submitted to Management as per need.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 05 Years management experience including;
∎ Adequate knowledge on planning, implementation, supervision and monitoring etc.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Ability to manage and work under pressure
∎ Oral and written communication skill in English and Bengali including typing ability to prepare reports on different projects and events

∎ Negotiable based on experience.
