Job Responsibilities:
∎ handling of E-Visa process, Work Permit Issuance & Extension, E-Visa Issuance & regular extension & Security Clearance arrangement in BD.
∎ Making sure the movement of visitors/parcels through Protocol Channel are functional, smooth and on time.
∎ Issuance & renewal of all Operational licenses/Certificates,
∎ Making sure the Housekeeping done regularly in proper ways and monitoring the role of Officer/Supervisor assigned for this job are effective.
∎ Monitoring Requisition & Bill verification.
∎ transport management.
∎ Maintaining liaison with Visa & Passport office, Prime Minister's office, Home Ministry, NSI, SB, Police, Labour office, Gas, PDB, BTMA, DOE, Boiler Office, Explosive Office, Fire Service & Civil Defense Office, Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission etc.
∎ Overseeing the canteen operation,
∎ Working for maintaining a good understanding between Administration team and others department /Section /units.

∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
