Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Front Desk Officer is responsible for reception of the visitors, managing telephone calls & essential contacts, providing basic secretarial support to the Founder and to see the admin support functions etc.
∎ Welcome all guests and employees into the front office professionally and maintain records related to Front Desk Operation.
∎ Maintain records and files. Monitoring Inventory.
∎ Receive letters, messages, and documents, pass them to proper places/persons, and keep records.
∎ To maintain staff movement registers.
∎ To supervise housekeeping of the office.
∎ Also know IT related work.
