Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain official documents, personnel records and ensure proper documentation of related files.
∎ Carry out the responsibilities as assigned by the management in time to time.
∎ Communicate with foreign dealer via e-mail.
∎ Able to work under pressure, team work & negotiation skill.
∎ Work as a team member of Admin Department with office management.
∎ Follow up daily Admin related activities as organization demand in line with labor Law, Government rules & regulation.
∎ Check the worker’s personal file, attendance register, disciplinary action file, resign worker’s file and leave register, monthly salary & OT sheet and so on.
∎ Context:
∎ We are looking for the potential candidates having interest to work as admin Officer with our company management.
∎ Office time: 9am to 6pm
∎ Job Responsibilities:
