Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Ensure General Administration functions as per company policy.• Documents preparation for RJSC, BIDA, IRC, ERC, etc.• Manage office supplies stock and place orders• Maintaining discipline & administration of the company.• Excellent administrative skills.• Excellent customer service skills with a proven ability to respond positively and proactively to colleagues and external contacts.• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work effectively across teams and with a variety of people both inside and outside the organization.• Excellent personal organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and to work to and meet tight deadlines.• Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
