Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer and direct phone calls
∎ Organize and schedule meetings agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments
∎ Maintain contact lists
∎ Monitoring and managing daily and proper cleanliness/hygiene throughout the office
∎ Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms
∎ Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
∎ Develop and maintain a filing system
∎ Order and purchase office supplies
∎ Submit and reconcile expense reports
∎ Provide general support to visitors
∎ Provide information by answering questions and requests
∎ Research and creates presentations and generate reports
∎ Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
∎ Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
∎ Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff
∎ Take accurate meetings minutes
∎ Develop and update administrative systems to make more efficient
∎ Oversee and supervise the work of office support staffs and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
∎ Check and update employee shift plan
∎ Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records
∎ Orientation to the new employees
∎ Create and update employee database
∎ Coordinate repairs to office equipment
∎ Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues
∎ Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
∎ Arrange and monitor food arrangement
∎ Monitoring and arranging employees transport facilities
∎ Monitoring and keeping track office car's uses and expenses
∎ Monitor, update and follow up CSR program of Catalyst Solutions
∎ Make calls for job interviews
∎ Update and monitor day to day basis project status
∎ May have to go to our Chittagong office if needed
Additional Requirements:
∎ Highly proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
∎ Presentable, proficient in English is a MUST
∎ Can work independantly and with less supervision
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation
∎ Highly motivated, self-directed & possessing a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines
∎ Superior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail & demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of information
∎ Capable of working under minimal supervision with a high level of initiative, energy & enthusiasm for learning
∎ An active listener with demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skills
∎ Well-developed interpersonal skills are necessary; excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ The salary quoted will be effective after successful completion of PROBATION PERIOD
