Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree in Pharmacy/ Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry/ Bio Chemistry
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan for efficient utilization, operation and maintenance activities and machinery to meet annual business plan
∎ Set targets & analyze operational performance data on product performance
∎ Organize and coordinate production to meet target/volume, deadline, cost and product standard conformity
∎ Plan effective utilization of resources, e.g. Manpower, Materials, Machines and Methods
∎ Identify and initiate corrective actions required on basis of process flow measurements and coordination for implementation
∎ Make necessary provision for the implementation of factory automation program
∎ Assist and guide Maintenance department for the preparation of preventive maintenance schedule and quick break-down maintenance
∎ Responsible for Technical And Financial audit and review for the Manufacturing Division
∎ Liaison HR department relating to deployment of right number of employees, Work distribution and/ or other HR related affairs
∎ Maintain liaison with Head Office and other relevant authorities (Internal and External)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 15 years of experience, and at least 05 years experience in similar role
∎ Age at most 48 years but may be relaxed for exceptionally deserving candidates
∎ Good business sense
∎ The ability to motivate and lead a team
∎ Excellent communication and people management skills
∎ Good analytical and numerical skills
∎ Good planning and organization skills
∎ Good knowledge on Labour Law, Regulatory Affairs, Drug Administration, SHE
∎ Hard working and ability to work under pressure
