Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in urban and regional Planning in any university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Designing, Drafting, Operator (CADD), Planning, Survey
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Design/Printing/Publishing, Development Agency, Engineering Firms, Real Estate, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare master plan having necessary aspects and design as per requirement of the City/ Township/Residential Housing Project.
∎ Must have planning skill in physical, economic, social environment and technological aspects.
∎ Prepare GIS and civil 3D based Road Network plan, Utility services Network plan (Gas, Electricity and Water etc.), Drainage Network plan, Traffic Circulation plan for the residential projects.
∎ Should be skilled in project planning, management, environmental and disaster management.
∎ Dealing with consultants and various public and private organizations and departments of Bangladesh for the purpose of fulfilling their planning rules, regulations and other requirements and the company requirements.
∎ To coordinate and supervise physical survey activities of the project area with consultants and project persons
∎ Prepare analytical report and recommend policy.
∎ Perform special analysis, networking and 3D analysis.
∎ To have high level inter personal skills to communicate and get the clearance and planning approval job done from Govt./Semi Govt. and other organizations like ministry, Environment Directorate, Rajuk, DESCO, DTC, DPDC and other authorities.
∎ Get the all other clearance of City/Township/Residential projects approval done from various authorities.
∎ Any other planning tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ BIP membership.
∎ Project Management leadership.
∎ Zero tolerance in error planning and design drawing.
∎ Good command, communication and presentation skill.
