Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily newspapers searching & online searching for Enlistment/Pre-qualification (PQ)/Request for Proposal (RFP)/Expression of Interest (EOI) & Tender documents in favor of Tenderers/Bidders qualification.
∎ Assessments of the type of works for choosing Enlistment/Pre-qualification (PQ)/Request for Proposal (RFP)/Expression of Interest (EOI) & Tender documents.
∎ Follow up the Procuring Agencies, Procuring Entities for taking initiatives of the respective Tender.
∎ Follow up the Annual Development Program of Government of Bangladesh, study the Public Procurement Act & Public Procurement Rules and the Gadgets published by the concerned authorities of Bangladesh.
∎ Purchasing of Enlistment/Pre-qualification (PQ)/Request for Proposal (RFP)/Expression of Interest (EOI) & Tender documents & submission from/to the concerned Department/Organization/Corporate Bodies/Association.
∎ Presentation of the Documents of Enlistment/Pre-qualification (PQ)/Request for Proposal (RFP)/Expression of Interest (EOI) & Tender.
∎ Sort out the requirements for preparing the documents of Enlistment/Pre-qualification (PQ)/Request for Proposal (RFP)/Expression of Interest (EOI) & Tender.
∎ Read out the Documents carefully for sort out the errors, misconduct of act against our Company rules, scrutinize the errors between Tender Data Sheet (TDS)/ Application Data Sheet (ADS), Instruction to Tenderers (ITT)/ Instruction to Applicants, Particular Condition of Contract, General Condition of Contract, Special Condition of Contract or if any.
∎ Negotiate these issues with the management & decide the proposals for specific works.
∎ Attend in Negotiation Meetings & place these issues in terms of our favor with any/alternative proposals in the Pre-Bid Meeting.
∎ With respect to the Documents and Meeting Minutes of the Pre-Bid Meeting and/ or Amendments, prepare the Technical and Financial Offers.
∎ Coordination with renewal process/updated documents related with enlistments, Licenses, VAT, Tax & Average Annual Construction Turn over etc.
∎ Preparation of Agreements for Joint Venture/Consortium/Association.
∎ Preparation of Bank Guarantees (BG)/ Performance Guarantee (PG)/ Insurance Policy etc. through Accounts Department & Concerned Authorities.
∎ Withdrawing of Bank Guarantees (BG)/ Performance Guarantee (PG)/Insurance Policy/Retention money etc.
∎ Preparation the Bill of Quantities for Financial Offer.
∎ Preparation of estimates in design based projects.
∎ Analysis of rates as per PWD rate schedule as well as per market price.
∎ Adjustments of price as per the decision of the Management.
∎ Collection of Catalogues of specified items in the Documents.
∎ Collecting all working drawings i.e. Architectural, Structural, Electrical and Plumbing from Owner/Consultant to implement the works as per drawing.
∎ Making Master Program for the projects which is under construction.
∎ Defining job responsibilities of all associate staff and imposing responsibilities on them.
∎ Taking proper care for site safety for workers and preventive measure against police problem.
∎ Organized the meeting and communicate with other department when required.
∎ Recruiting proper supervising staff, managers, engineers as well as contractors for all different categories of work through proper approval.
∎ Planning for proper progresses of the projects, monitoring the project progresses and taking action plans depending upon the needs.
∎ Improving systems to facilitate existing work methodologies, finding out defects and flaws and taking proper corrective actions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have sound knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Internet surfing, E-mail, etc.
∎ Well trained and good Official Correspondence in writing.
∎ Must have strong Communication & Management Skill.
