Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (Pass) in Accounting & Information System, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Information System, Master of Social Science (MSS) in Human Resource Management
∎ Skills Required: Accounting, Analytical Skills, Audit investigation, Computer literacy, English Language, Human Resource

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Verifies bill, voucher & other documents.
∎ Preparing & maintaining Voucher & Invoice, Journal, Cash books, Stock Register, Bill Register.
∎ Checking & adjustment of bank transaction & Bank Reconciliation.
∎ Prepare monthly & yearly Balance sheet & Income statements Prepare Monthly Income & Expenditure variance report.
∎ Collect daily deposit report and prepares reconciliation statement.
∎ Maintain Cash Book, to keeps records of day to day expenditures and closing cash books on daily basis.
∎ The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records of daily financial transactions and preparing of accounting statements.
∎ Petty Cash Maintenance
∎ Have to prepare salary.
∎ Have to know compliance related issue.
∎ To check and approve daily journal entries and to check the reconciliation of General Ledger & Subsidiary Accounts
∎ Check and Approval of Monthly Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement and other Financial Reports
∎ Preparation of Monthly Budget and conducting Variance Analysis
∎ To check and ensure that Suppliers' payments are accurate and all payments are properly authorized and timely made
∎ To ensure 100% compliance with VAT, Tax laws in procurement of goods, services, and works
∎ To check and approve submission of Monthly VAT Return, Semi-Annual Withholding Tax Return
∎ To approve Staff Expenses claims and to ensure that the claims are as per approved company policy
∎ To maintain regular liaison with Bank
∎ To check that petty cash records, cash journal records, and cash book data entry are properly made
∎ To ensure that Cheque Book Register is properly maintained
∎ Liaising with Audit Firms to ensure timely completion of Annual and Monthly Audits; Settlement of all Audit Objection
∎ Liaising with Company Income Tax Lawyers regarding Corporate Tax matters.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Finance & Accounts, Budgeting, Tax
∎ Good Knowledge & Hands on skill in G-Suite/MS Office
∎ Good command over English Language
∎ Skills: Accounting, Analytical Skills, Audit investigation, Computer literacy, English Language.

Salary: Negotiable
