Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Accounting, Finance, Islamic Finance or related field from a reputed university will get preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date financial records;·       Monitor billing and data entry processes;·
∎ Review sales and billing reports generated by internal teams;·
∎ Monitor receivables and payables to ensure optimal cash flow;·
∎ Handle AIT & VAT return filing in compliance with regulatory requirements;·
∎ Lead the finalization of books and accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness;
∎ Implement systems and processes to streamline accounting operations;·
∎ Ensure adherence to established procedures and policies;·
∎ Identify areas for improvement and take proactive measures to enhance efficiency;
∎ Generate reports for management, offering insights into financial performance;·
∎ Present financial data in a clear and concise manner;·
∎ Collaborate with management to support decision-making processes;
∎ Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.·
∎ Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accuracy of financial data.·
∎ Monitor regulatory changes and update policies and procedures accordingly.
∎ Liaise with company’s Legal Representative to submit VAT & Tax Returns regularly on monthly basis;·
∎ Assist the Legal Representative to prepare files for submission of Company Income Tax and reconciliation of all the VAT/TAX applicable transactions;
∎ Assist with internal and external audits;·
∎ Prepare audit schedules and support documentation;·
∎ Address audit findings and implement recommended improvements;
∎ Process payments of individual and corporate clients as and when required in consultation with GM;·
∎ Process salaries, bonuses and other claims as per approval of the Management;
∎ Maintain separate files for each customer, vendor and stakeholder of the Company;·
∎ Record all financial information and vouchers in separate files related to the Company;·
∎ Safekeep cash and other valuable materials in the Company’s Vault;
∎ Bachelor in Accounting, Finance, Islamic Finance or related field from a reputed university will get preference.·
∎ A Master’s degree will be regarded as an added advantage;
∎ The applicant must have at least 5-8 years relevant experience as in the accounting job in the following industry: Travel Agency, Tour Operator, GSA, PSA, Airlines, Immigration, Supershop, Superstore, Chain Shops, Freight Forwarding Agency, Restaurant ·
∎ Experienced in working in a Group of Companies / Business Portfolios. ·
∎ The job is NOT for Freshers.
∎ Fluent in spoken and written English;·
∎ Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint;·
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skill;·
∎ Strong documentation and financial reporting skill;·
∎ Ability to do error-free multi-tasking to meet timeline; ·
∎ Ability to handle multiple financial transactions of multiple business concerns / companies;·
∎ Ability to prepare and present reports of a group of companies;

∎ JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ 1. Financial Management:·
