∎ Previous experience in telesales or a related field.
∎ Proficient in basic computer skills and CRM software.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide customer support via phone calls and respond to queries across all social media platforms.
∎ Understand customer issues and deliver effective, timely resolutions.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional communication and consistent follow-ups.\
∎ Offer accurate information about Arogga’s products and services to potential and existing customers.
∎ Read and interpret a doctor’s handwriting to understand prescriptions accurately.
∎ Possess a solid understanding of the generics and brand names of medicines.
∎ Demonstrate teamwork skills and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment.
∎ We are seeking talented A Grade Pharmacists to join our dynamic Customer Care Department.
