Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide expert-level technical support to clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues with precision.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions and ensure system reliability.
∎ Conduct regular system maintenance and performance evaluations to proactively identify potential issues.
∎ Document all support interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system to maintain accurate records.
∎ Develop and deliver training sessions for clients and internal teams on system features and best practices
