∎ Proven experience as an Architectural 3D Visualizer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations.
∎ Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools.
∎ Efficient understanding of rendering engines such as Corona, V-Ray, Lumio, Twinmotion·
∎ Excellent artistic and design skills, with a keen eye for detail and composition.
∎ Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
∎ Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

∎ Oriental group commenced modestly in 1982 in Real Estate business and with prudent entrepreneurship. At present, the group has several number of concerns owned private limited companies and entrepreneurs with a substantial turnover.Oriental Group is looking for an energetic, target oriented, self motivated and proactive 3D Visualizer who has at least 4 years experience in the similar field.

∎ Job Responsibilities:·
∎ Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and objectives.
∎ Create photorealistic 3D visualizations and renderings of architectural designs, interior spaces, and exteriors using 3D modeling along with high-quality animations, walkthroughs, and virtual tours to showcase design concepts and features·
∎ Develop conceptual and detailed 3D models, textures, lighting, and materials to accurately represent design concepts.
∎ Incorporate feedback from clients, architects, and stakeholders to refine and enhance visualizations throughout the design process.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques for architectural visualization, and share knowledge with the team.
∎ Participate in project meetings, presentations, and reviews to communicate design ideas effectively.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
