Educational Requirements:
∎ Architect or any other discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare 3D model and render as per the instruction of the Architects.
∎ Clear understanding of Auto CAD drawings.
∎ Software skill required Sketch up/ Lumion/ 3d studio Max/V-ray/ Photoshop, After effect and general office application.
∎ Sound knowledge in Graphics design using Adobe suite for brochure, banner other graphical works.
∎ The visualizer must have strong capability on modern & classical 3d modeling experience.
∎ Working in Real estate company or consultancy firm under an Architect will be added preference.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
∎ Coordinate with all team members.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have expertise in the following area(s): Sketch up, 3D Max, LUMION, V Ray Render
∎ Sketch up modeling with very rendering ability is highly preferable.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Architectural firm.

Salary: Negotiable
