Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare 3D design as per the instruction of the lead Architect. Creating realistic 3D models and working drawings by computer-aided design (Sketch-up, Auto CAD, 3D studio max, S-illustrator design.) Sound Knowledge of modern interior Design & amp; Drawing.
∎ The visualizer must have a strong capability in Residence Design, Office Design, Restaurant Design, Club Design, Exhibition Gallery Design, and Stage Design with full working drawings.
∎ Any other Design related duties assigned by Principal Architect or management. Regular Site visits to follow up on ongoing projects.
∎ Re-design in shortest possible time as per given correction by concerned engineer. Perform other duties as assigned by the superiors.
∎ Meet deadlines and work well under pressure
