Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare 3D design as per the instruction of the lead Architect. Creating realistic 3D models and working drawings by computer-aided design (Sketch-up, Auto CAD, 3D studio max, S-illustrator design.) Sound Knowledge of modern interior Design & amp; Drawing. The visualizer must have a strong capability in Residence Design, Office Design, Restaurant Design, Club Design, Exhibition Gallery Design, and Stage Design with full working drawings. Any other Design related duties assigned by Principal Architect or management. Regular Site visits to follow up on ongoing projects. Re-design in shortest possible time as per given correction by concerned engineer. Perform other duties as assigned by the superiors. Meet deadlines and work well under pressure
