Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
∎ 3D Visualizer.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3D Modeling, 3DS MAX, Illustration, Interior Design, Landscape Design, Layout, Photoshop, SketchUp
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Consulting Firms, Developer, Group of Companies, Interior Design, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare 3D design as per the instruction of the lead Architect.
∎ Creating realistic 3D models and working drawings by computer-aided design (Sketch-up, Auto CAD, 3D studio max, S-illustrator design.)
∎ Sound Knowledge of modern interior Design & amp; Drawing.
∎ The visualizer must have a strong capability in Residence Design, Office Design, Restaurant Design, Club Design, Exhibition Gallery Design, and Stage Design with full working drawings.
∎ Any other Design related duties assigned by Principal Architect or management.
∎ Regular Site visits to follow up on ongoing projects.
∎ Re-design in shortest possible time as per given correction by concerned engineer.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the superiors.
∎ Meet deadlines and work well under pressure
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Product modeling, Interior detail modeling.
Salary: Negotiable
