∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3d Visualization, Architectural Drafting, Interior Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Furniture Manufacturer, Architecture Firm
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating design and working drawing by computer-aided design (Auto CAD, 3ds Max, V-ray Render, Product modeling, Adobe Photoshop and other relevant Software).
∎ Good observational skills and ability to recreate 3D models.
∎ High Level knowledge of lighting, shadows and textures.
∎ Ensure deliverable progress, manage assigned scope and requested changes and meet deadlines.
∎ Design 3D models, Interior and create animations.
∎ Perform other responsibilities associated with this position.
∎ Product Modeling, Texturing and Rendering.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior Design & Drawing.
∎ The visualizer must have strong capability on Residence Design, Office Design, Retail Shop Design, Restaurant Design, Hospital Design, Club Design, Exhibition Gallery Design, Stall Design and Stage Design with full working drawing.
∎ Any Other Design related duties assigned by Principal Architect or Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 3D Artist, 3D Modeling and Texturing. Expert in V-ray Rendering or others.
∎ Software Requirements: 3d Software: Autodesk 3Ds Max, Autodesk Maya and other 3d Related Software.
∎ Preferably Substance Painter and Marvelous Designer are a plus.
∎ Excellent time management skills and ability to meet team deadlines.
∎ Attention to detail in all aspects of Modelling, UV Mapping, Texturing and Rendering.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Friendly, helpful, and collaborative in a team-based environment; self-motivated, results-oriented and self-starter.
∎ Awareness of time constraints and time management.
