Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Architecture firm
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing interior and architecture concepts and designs as per requirement
∎ Outline plan, drawing, elevation, 3D visualisation and other detailed work
∎ Outlining Cost estimation of projects
∎ Make models, complete construction
∎ Liaison and coordination with project team, clients and consultants
∎ Production of detailed workings, plans, drawings, schedules and specifications
∎ Documentation, 3D and 2D drafting and modelling using CAD or REVIT.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound understanding of technical documentation of large scale projects
∎ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
∎ Excellent time management with ability to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities
∎ Ability to build effective relationships
∎ Ability to problem solve and provide solutions
∎ Adaptable and forward thinking
∎ Strong attention to detail.
