∎ Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture/ Professional 3D Max Course Completed.
∎ Educational qualifications may be relaxed based on experiences and expertise.
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Creative knowledge to produce new ideas and concepts of event, exhibition and Brand Shop design.
∎ Excellent knowledge in 3D modeling, lighting, v-ray rendering.
∎ Prepare Design Concept, Plan, with Detail Working drawing, 3D Visualization, Material, Cost Estimation, Agency Management, Site Monitor & execution if require.
∎ Be able to conduct research on current situation and design trend, learning, new concepts and tools and keeping updated.
∎ Preparation and checking of Bill of Materials, Bill of Quantities, Cost estimate as per approved Design.
∎ Should be a team player and must have good communication skills.
∎ Pro-active to work under pressure must be result oriented with creative thinking to produce new ideas and concepts.
∎ Make BOQ according to budget.
∎ Should have fluency in English.
