Responsibilities & Context:
- অফিস খোলা এবং বন্ধ করা।
- অফিসের সময় সকাল ৮ টা থেকে সন্ধ্যা ৭ টা পর্যন্ত
- অফিসের সকল এমপ্লয়ীদের সহযোগিতা করা- চা, কফি, স্নেক্স, দুপুরের খাবার এনে দেয়া, অতিথিদের আপ্যায়ন করা।
- পুরো অফিস, ডেক্স, কেবিনেট, সবসময় ভালোভাবে পরিস্কার রাখা
- ফাইলসমূহ আদান-প্রদান, ফটোকপি, প্রিন্ট ইত্যাদি সাপোর্ট দেয়া।
- স্টেশনারী আইটেম শেষ হয়ে গেলে কর্তৃপক্ষকে জানানো।
- অফিসিয়াল যেকোন ক্রয় কাজে সহায়তা করা।
- অফিসে ভাল-পরিস্কার পরিবেশ বজায় রাখা।
- কাজের প্রয়োজনে বাইরে যাওয়া
- ম্যানেজমেন্টের যেকোন নির্দেশনা ফলো করা।
